Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Workmen have just finished installing a display case in the east alcove of the 7th floor lounge commemorating the contributions of our distinguished alumnus N. Wayne Rhodus (BS 1957, MS 1959) to the development of the Global Positioning System. At the request of the department, the Board of Trustees have agreed to name that part of the lounge the N. Wayne Rhodus Alcove.
