Free tutoring in the Mathematics & Statistics Learning Center(MSLC) [1]

The MSLC offers free tutoring for almost all courses Elementary Algebra through Differential Equations (including H161 and 161), Linear Algebra, Foundations of Higher Math (345), and Discrete Math (366).

Some of the regional campuses of OSU have a similar resource:

Tutors for hire [6]

An individual or group could hire a tutor.  Students should look over the information provided (charges and courses taught) and contact a tutor directly.

Tutors for minority students

The Office of Minority Affairs [7] may provide tutors for minority students in math courses, Math 050 through Math 153. Students should complete an application form in 1030 Lincoln Tower. For additional information, call the Office of Retention Services at 292-8732.

Tutors in the Dorms

See your Residents Advisor (RA) to check if this available in your dorm.
