Postdoctoral Fellowships
We have four VIGRE Arnold Ross Assistant Professorships available for the academic year 2012-2013. Citizens, nationals, and permanent residents of the U.S. are eligible to apply for these fellowships. Candidates are expected to present evidence of excellence in research and teaching.
The term of appointment for these positions is three years with a teaching load of 3 courses per year (Ohio State University is on the quarter system) and a salary of $43,000 for the academic year plus summer support for two of the three years of appointment. Successful candidates are expected to participate actively in the Department's VIGRE activities.

Graduate Fellowships and Opportunities
We have six VIGRE Graduate Traineeships available for the academic year 2012-2013. Citizens, nationals, and permanent residents of the U.S. are eligible to apply for these fellowships. Successful candidates will receive financial support in the amount of $18,000 for the academic year plus a tuition waiver. In addition, travel support will be provided. VIGRE graduate students are expected to engage in teaching activities during their second to fourth year and to participate actively in the Department's VIGRE activities.
Undergraduate Research Opportunities
Each academic year, we have twenty VIGRE Undergraduate Fellowships available to support undergraduate students who want to participate in one of our Working Groups. Citizens, nationals, and permanent residents of the U.S. are eligible to apply for these fellowships. Each undergraduate fellow will be supported by a one-quarter stipend of $2,500 to engage in VIGRE research experiences in the summer quarter or any regular quarter during the academic year.
