In its ``Beta Edition'' this document is meant for private or class room consumption. As such I (gerlach@math.ohio-state.edu) would appreciate feedback about the strengths as well as weaknesses (e.g. lack of clarity, insufficient treatment/explanation, missing topics that should perhaps been included, etc.) of this text book.
