Dear MATH H161 students:

Please read the entire book until Section 11.1 on page 384.

The homework, on paper (write on one side only) and not by e-mail, is due by
next week's Wednesday. Please staple it together if it is more than one
sheet; write your name and class time on the upper right corner of the first
page.

HOMEWORK. 376/93 (integrate from -1 to +1 instead of the indefinite
integral), 376/97. Also, do the indefinite integral of sin (x/2) * cos (x/3)
dx (if necessary, you can ask me on next T).

NOTE. Please do not copy the answers from the back of the book where the
answers to the odd numbered problems are given.

NOTE. Your solutions must indicate clearly whether you did it on your own or
else what you used [book, internet, study groups, etc.]. There will be no
penalty for the latter; in fact, I encourage group discussions.
